Refund and Return Policy
Need To Return An Item?
We accept returns on all unused products. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions. Items to be returned must be reported within 4 (four) days of delivery. All returns for credit card refund will have a 3% credit card processing fee deducted.
1. Contact us by email email@example.com or call us (213) 625-7676. From there, our customer support service will work with you to process your return.
2. Our team will guide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. When our team has received your return, they will process it and then issue you a refund by either a credit card refund, or store credit. NO cash or check refunds. Credit card refunds will have a 3% credit card processing fee deducted. Credit Card refunds can go only to the card used at time of purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the bank to transfer the money to your account.
